المنتجات القابلة للتطبيق: المنتجات التي تتطلب ملصقات أو أغشية ليتم لصقها على أسطح قوسية مستوية وكبيرة.
صناعة التطبيقات: تستخدم على نطاق واسع في الطباعة ، والقرطاسية ، والغذاء ، والكيماويات اليومية ، والإلكترونيات ، والأدوية ، وغيرها من الصناعات.
أمثلة تطبيقية: وضع العلامات على مستوى الكتاب ، وسم المجلد ، ووضع ملصقات على علب التغليف ، ووضع العلامات على الألواح ، إلخ.
آلية العمل:
مبدأ العمل الأساسي: يكتشف المستشعر مرور المنتج ويرسل إشارة إلى نظام التحكم في وضع العلامات. يتم إرسال الملصق إلى الموضع المحدد للمنتج في الوقت المناسب ، ويتدفق المنتج عبر جهاز وضع العلامات ، ويتم تغطية الملصق بإحكام. اكتمل عمل إرفاق الملصق.
عملية التشغيل: تحرير المنتج (يمكن توصيله بخط التجميع) -> تسليم المنتج (الإدراك التلقائي) -> تصحيح المنتج (الإدراك التلقائي) -> اكتشاف المنتج (الإدراك التلقائي) -> وضع العلامات (الإدراك التلقائي) -> وضع العلامات (تلقائي) تحقيق) -> اجمع المنتجات المصنفة.
