1. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipe making machine adopts gears to run moulds and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of the products,which ensures high-speed molding,even corrugation,smooth inner and outer pipe wall.
2. This PE PP corrugated pipe making machine equipped with specially designed water cooling sealing system,and the lubrication oil can be injected automatically.
3. In the forming machine, for small sizes mould,it can be set with two mould chambers which can make two different sizes of pipes only by adjsuting the height of forming machine automatically.
4. Applications:PP/PE/PVC/EVA/PA high speed single wall corrugated pipe making machine can produce electrical thread-passing pipes,circuit of machine tool,protective pipe of lamps,water pipes in conditioner,washing machine, bathroom, etc.
