Main Processes in Rolangear's Automated Refrigerator Line

1. Cabinet and Door Foaming
After vacuuming the inner cavities, foaming agents are injected between the door/cabinet and the liner. This process delivers high structural integrity, excellent adhesion, and superior thermal insulation.
2. Liner Insertion System
Once the U-shaped panels are formed into cabinet shells, robotic arms rotate them 90 degrees and insert pre-assembled liners automatically. This sub-assembly is then transferred to the cabinet pre-assembly line.
3. Automatic Compressor Assembly
Following foaming, cabinets are tilted 45° for compressor installation using robotic arms. Automated systems handle the placement, securing, and initial setup of compressors—dramatically reducing manual labor and increasing consistency.
4. Automatic Packaging of Finished Products
Due to the size of most refrigerators (typically 1.7–2 meters high), manual boxing is labor-intensive. Automated equipment now handles film wrapping, boxing, and strapping, significantly increasing throughput and reducing human workload.
5. Smart Logistics & Material Delivery
A smart workshop logistics system ensures timely material supply through light, sound, and signage guidance systems. AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) deliver components to workstations, while overhead corridors and vertical lifts transport materials in returnable bins to the required production points.
