Rolangear supplies complete animal, poultry and aquatic feed production lines together with the individual process equipment a feed mill requires.

Complete lines are available in compact, commercial and industrial configurations. For floating aquatic feed the catalogue includes aquatic, diesel, wet-process and twin-screw extruders; for sinking feed it includes poultry feed pellet presses, off-grid pelletisers and poultry feed manufacturing systems.

Supporting equipment is available individually, so an existing mill can add or replace a single stage: water drop hammer mills, crushers, dual-axis paddle mixers and precision mixers, vertical and commercial horizontal drying systems, counter-flow and integrated cooling systems, screening systems, crumblers, precision and drum seasoning systems, bucket elevators and conveyors.

Rolangear supplies the equipment and supports installation, commissioning and operator training. Scope is confirmed per project.
