Roll forming converts steel coil into continuous formed profiles. Rolangear supplies both standalone roll forming machines and complete production lines across the profiles used in construction and infrastructure: corrugated roofing sheet, trapezoidal roof and wall panel, ridge cap, glazed tile profile, C and Z purlin, floor decking, ceiling keel, highway guardrail, cable tray and roller shutter slat.

Because roller tooling is specific to the profile, a roll forming line is always specified around the section you intend to produce. Rolangear works from your profile drawing or sample, together with the material thickness and your target output, to determine the tooling and the number of forming stations required.

The catalogue also includes decoiler series equipment, punching and embossing systems, bending machines and high-frequency welded pipe lines, so supporting stages can be supplied alongside the forming line.

Rolangear supplies the equipment and supports installation, commissioning and operator training. Scope is confirmed per project.
