Hygiene & Disposable Product Production Lines

Rolangear supplies full servo production lines for disposable hygiene products. Each product type is produced on its own dedicated line, because the layer structure and forming process differ between them.

Lines in the catalogue cover baby pull-up pants, adult diapers, adult pull-up diapers, pet diapers, under pads, panty liners and sanitary napkins, together with a fully automatic mini wet wipes production line.

Packaging equipment for these products is also available, including sanitary napkin and paper diaper packaging machines and wet wipes bundle packing machines.

Hygiene production is kept separate from tissue converting in the Rolangear catalogue because the two use different raw materials, different machinery and serve different manufacturers, even though both work with paper and non-woven materials.

Rolangear supplies the equipment and supports installation, commissioning and operator training. Scope is confirmed per project.
