The electric fan production line consists of three major components:

The aging test line plays a crucial role as the quality control core of the entire production system. Rolangear’s process is divided into five key stages:

  • Anti-static PVC nylon belts used as conveyors

  • Aluminum alloy side frames for enhanced stability

  • Line Length: Customized based on product assembly workflow

  • Line Height: 2 meters total; working surface adjustable (750mm ± 20mm)

  • Line Width: 150mm–1000mm depending on product size

    • LED lighting

    • Auxiliary cooling fans

    • Pneumatic quick-connect joints

    • Process instruction boards

    • Worktables with 220V power outlets

    • Imported conveyor belts

The automatic bag-feeding system is the key difference between full and semi-automatic packaging. While efficient, it requires high-quality packaging materials to prevent increased error rates. For non-export or cost-sensitive products, a semi-automatic packaging machine may be recommended for better flexibility and lower cost.
