Metal Fabrication & Laser Machinery

Metal fabrication is the largest part of the Rolangear catalogue. It covers laser cutting, laser welding, laser marking and engraving, laser cleaning, and mechanical presses for stamping and forming — the equipment a sheet metal workshop or fabrication business runs day to day.

Laser cutting machines are specified by source type and format. Fiber lasers handle sheet and plate; CO2 lasers suit non-metals and engraving; tube laser machines cut profile and pipe. Format ranges from compact single-platform machines to large-format gantry and dual-platform machines with automatic exchange tables. Rolangear also supplies handheld and robotic laser welding systems, fiber, CO2, UV and MOPA marking systems, and laser cleaning equipment.

Alongside the laser range, Rolangear supplies mechanical presses — C-frame, H-frame, straight-side, eccentric gear, servo and high-speed presses — for stamping and forming work.

Rolangear supplies the machines, and supports installation, commissioning and operator training. Scope is confirmed per project.
