Recycling Production Lines

Rolangear supplies complete recycling production lines for waste tires and PET bottles.

Mechanical tire recycling lines break whole waste tires into graded rubber granules, separating steel wire and textile fibre in the process. Lines are available at several output levels, currently ranging from 300 kg per hour to 2,000–3,000 kg per hour configurations.

For PET, the catalogue includes a PET bottle washing and recycling production line producing clean PET flakes, with optional granulation.

Recycling projects are driven by local waste availability and by demand for the output material, so line size follows from both. Rolangear plans the line around your input volume and target output specification.

Rolangear supplies the equipment and supports installation, commissioning and operator training. Scope is confirmed per project.
