Production process
Raw Milk Receiving and Filtration
Raw milk is received, filtered and chilled.
Standardisation
Fat content is adjusted to the product specification.
Homogenisation
Fat globules are reduced in size for a stable texture.
Heat Treatment
Milk is pasteurised or UHT treated according to the product.
Cooling and Culture Addition
For yogurt, milk is cooled and starter culture is added.
Fermentation
Controlled fermentation develops the yogurt.
Final Cooling
Product is cooled to arrest fermentation.
Filling and Packaging
Product is filled into containers and packaged.
