Rolangear supplies plastic processing machinery and complete extrusion lines. The range covers film blowing, extrusion, blow moulding and injection, together with pipe and profile production lines.

Film blowing machines are available in single-screw, double-layer and three-layer co-extrusion configurations, including rotary die head machines, HD/LDPE and PP machines, dual-colour machines, high-speed mini machines and combined film blowing and gravure printing units. PET blow moulding machines run from semi-automatic units to four-cavity automatic machines.

Complete extrusion lines in the catalogue include PVC pipe, HDPE single pipe, high-speed PE pipe and WPC pipe production lines, plus plastic and paper straw lines and a fully automatic EPS foam production line.

Rolangear supplies the equipment and supports installation, commissioning and operator training. Scope is confirmed per project.
