Production process
Raw Material Preparation
Plastic granules and any additives or masterbatch are prepared to the required formula.
Material Mixing and Feeding
Material is mixed and fed into the extruder hopper.
Film Blowing
Melted material is extruded through a circular die and inflated into a film tube, then cooled and wound.
Printing
Where printed bags are required, film passes through a gravure or flexographic printing unit.
Bag Making, Sealing and Cutting
Film is sealed and cut into the finished bag format.
Inspection and Packing
Finished bags are inspected, counted and packed.
